How can we help?

We will provide a free pre-audit consultation to determine the likelihood of your agreements being unenforceable.

We will provide a free pre-audit assessment of any PPI agreements to determine the likelihood of a claim for the refund of PPI payments.

All pre-audit assessments are referred across to our third party provider, Resolve Claims Ltd. Resolve Claims Ltd. is an authorised provider of claims management activities and is regulated by the Ministry of Justice under authorisation number CRM 19652. Their registration is recorded on the Ministry of Justice website, www.claimsregulation.gov.uk.

Step ONE

For just £99 inc VAT...

  • Documentation will be requested from your lender. (Your lender requires an additional £1 made payable to them to provide these documents)
  • All returned documentation will be fully assessed to determine enforcability or otherwise.
  • This part of the process takes upto 42 days to complete.

Step TWO

Upon agreements being assessed as unenforceable...

You can ask for your agreement to be proved unenforceable.

Fees to prove unenforceability are:

£999 or 10% of your outstanding balance, whichever is greater.

  • Your agreement will be placed in dispute with your lender. At which point, you can stop making payments.
  • All correspondence from your lender/collection agency is handled by our third party's legal team.
  • While your agreement is in dispute, our third party's legal team will attend any court appearances on your behalf.
  • After the claim is resolved, our third party's legal team will remove any derogatory information which could have been placed on your credit file by your lender whilst the agreement was in dispute. (It is your responsibility to bring this to their attention)

As soon as your agreement is in dispute:

  1. The lender must not demand any payment on your account, nor is the client obliged to offer any payment to the lender.
  2. The lender must not add any further interest or charges to your account.
  3. The lender must not pass your account to a third party.
  4. The lender must not register any information in respect of your account with any of the credit reference agencies.
  5. The lender must not issue a default notice on your account.
